As you could probably surmise, the Fish Guys (owned by the husband-and-wife team Salvador (Sal) Panelo and Desiree Chinn, formerly of Pike Place's City Fish) serve all manner of seafood dishes, including chowder, poke, oysters, prawns, and smoked salmon dishes.
