Mojito's full name is "Mojito: Latin American Food & Fun," and that's not far from the truth. It's not uncommon for the dining area to be transformed into a dance floor at the drop of a hat, especially if the friendly owner has anything to say about it. Be prepared to salsa and merengue the night away, after exploring the menu that's a mashup of Colombian, Venezuelan, and Cuban favorites. If you're a first timer, go with the pabellon, a shredded and stewed beef dish with rice and beans--you won't be sorry.
