J Puffs
J Puffs is a cream puff side business run by local amateur baker Jho, started in early 2019. She whips up made-to-order choux au craquelin (which are basically cream puffs topped with crispy cookies). But instead of using pastry cream, she uses whipped cream to give them a lighter texture (and a Japanese twist).
