Chef and restaurateur Ethan Stowell is opening a new location of his Queen Anne-based Italian restaurant How to Cook a Wolf (named in tribute to a book of the same name by the brilliant food writer M.F.K. Fisher) in the former space of Bing's in Madison Park, tentatively scheduled for mid-2020. Earlier this year, he also opened an outpost called Wolf inspired by the Queen Anne spot in New York.
