Burke-Gilman Brewing
Named for the famed bike trail it's located on, this small kid-friendly, dog-friendly, family-friendly neighborhood brewery describes itself as "gezellig," a Dutch word meaning cozy, fun, and relaxed, and it certainly looks it, with a rustic wood interior. Head brewer Phil Pesheck says to expect experimental session IPAs, double IPAs, strong ales, barleywines, kettle sours, and barrel-aged brews. There's no food; outside food is encouraged.
